ABOUT ME

I’ve been there. I’m a Dutch citizen, having lived in France, Belgium and the US.

I know that gnawing feeling of loneliness, a feeling of not belonging, partly because as a teenager I felt left out, different, misunderstood. I spend a good deal of my time abroad figuring out who I am and what I want and I did find answers. Little by little, I found a way out of my fear and depression.

After a career as a painter and a study in journalism, and working parttime as a teacher of Dutch to refugees and expats, I decided to study life coaching (two years) at the Atma Institute in Amersfoort. I have received my Atma diploma in 2018 and have coached clients ever since. I also studied youth coaching at the Sonnevelt Institute and I’m a licensed trainer assisting children and teenagers dealing with bullying (Trainer Omgaan met Pesten). Most of all, I’m a person who never ceases to be amazed at the possibilities for personal growth.

Because of my years living abroad and also because of the fact I’m married to an Argentinian woman, I am fluent in English, French, Spanish and Dutch. I can perfectly work with you in any of these languages.
